**GENERAL GUIDELINES**
Our shop is filled with natural & therefore fragile items & they should be treated as such. Do not hit or knock items against hard surfaces, do not drop, do not step on them. Do not bend or put pressure on natural specimens or jewelry. Do not engage in rough physical activity while wearing our jewelry. It is not recommended to get this jewelry wet. Remove before bathing or swimming. Remove jewelry before sleeping.

Items in our shop will always vary slightly as no two organic materials (crystals, flowers, feathers, etc.} will ever be identical. Please expect slight variations in size, shape & color.

Depending on the weather outside or where in my home I’m photographing photos, images will vary in color. I try to take a few different pictures in different spots to show variations.

*No items sold via The Bluegrass Witch are suitable for children & all items should be considered a potential choking hazard.*

**Many plants & organics in our shop are poisonous if consumed by humans or their pets {Example: Eucalyptus}. NO ITEMS IN OUR SHOP ARE MEANT FOR CONSUMPTION**

**RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES**
We do not accept returns. Exchanges can be made based on circumstance, but you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We do however strive for customer satisfaction, so if you find something to be unsatisfactory with your purchase upon arrival please contact us immediately.

**SHIPPING POLICIES**
The Bluegrass Witch ships all orders via The United States Postal Service on Monday mornings unless otherwise noted.

Shipping estimates are available via checkout. If you choose local pickup you will be responsible for picking up your items at our shop during our operating hours.

Once your order has been shipped we will send you your tracking information via e-mail, & at that point all matters are out of our hands. If you find your package to be lost or stolen, please contact your local post office with your tracking information for further assistance. While we can unfortunately offer no assistance at that point, we would like to be notified & stay in the loop as to what happened.

Packages delivered in the US usually arrive between 3-10 business days, but will vary on your location. Estimated deliveries can be found via your tracking information.

International shipping is a whole other ball game depending on your location. Customers should expect at between 2 to 12 weeks for products to arrive depending on the shipping option they choose & the country they live in.

The Bluegrass Witch is not responsible for any charges going through customs in your country. Once it has left our hands it is up to you to know your country’s policies & how you are to receive your package. International customers are responsible for any custom fees and taxes that your country requires upon delivery. Items will be declared for the amount they are sold for on customs forms, we will not mark items as “gifts” on international orders so please do not ask – it is not legal. We are not registered to pay international taxes in any place outside the United States – this is 100% international buyers responsibility by law.
